Shipping Policy

Shipping Zones:
We currently only offer shipping to Ireland. If you would like to order from any other European Country / Non- European country, kindly contact us. 

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Order processing: 1 to 2 business days
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard: 1 to 5 business days
    • Express: 1 to 3 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your address and product availability. In some cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like carrier issues or weather conditions, upcoming holidays.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Additional fees may apply depending on the country or weight of the order, and these will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can check the status of your shipment at any time through the provided tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties:
Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in the price of your order or the shipping fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and may be collected when the package arrives. Glowtempt LTD is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions:
For security reasons, certain items may be restricted from being shipped to specific countries. If your order falls under these restrictions, we will notify you promptly and offer you an alternative solution, such as a refund or a different shipping address.

Order Modifications or Cancellations:
Once your order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure swift delivery. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. After that period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order due to our fast processing times.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@temptybasket.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging to help us investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you're ordering from a military base or remote location, please contact us before placing your order to confirm eligibility.

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €199 to select locations. The offer will be applied automatically at checkout if eligible.

Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery or help alleviate customs costs. You will receive tracking information for each individual shipment.

Important Notes:

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, public holidays, or carrier issues that are beyond our control.
  • Shipping Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange reshipping or offer a refund, minus any return shipping costs.
